AltStrap’s 30 day return policy:
The Altstraps team takes a great deal of pride in the products we sell. We also take great strides in making sure our customers are satisfied. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of receipt of item, you can request a refund and qualify for a full refund or exchange; less shipping charges (unless product is defective).
In order to qualify for a refund the band must be in As-New Condition (unless it is defective).
As-New Condition: Once a strap has been mounted/tried on/worn in any way it is no longer in As-New Condition. It cannot be soiled, bent out of shape or scratched. The inner lining also cannot be creased, soiled or scratched.
Packaging: We require that all returned items be shipped in its original packaging. Please save the box in which your purchases are shipped.
Original Purchaser: Only the original purchaser may request a refund.
Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning items for exchange or refund.
Authorization: Customers must email customer service to obtain an RMA before sending any product to us for a refund or exchange.
1. Request an RMA number by emailing email@example.com
2. Include your full name and order number in your request.
3. Identify the item(s) you wish to return.
4. You will be issued an RMA number. Include it with your return. Altstraps will not accept returns without an RMA number.
Refunds or exchanges are processed within three (3) business days. We will refund the same method of the initial payment. If there is a problem with processing your refund, The Altstraps will contact you.
